• Assist and advise our customers by phone and email with empathy and professionalism. • Handle and resolve enquiries related to orders, shipping, and deliveries. • Provide proactive follow-up on cases to ensure each customer's satisfaction. • Turn every interaction into a positive experience, thereby strengthening trust in the brand.

• You'll be the friendly voice of our Telecommunications client to support their customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers. • Listen to the caller and use your technical expertise, and passion for outstanding customer service, to answer questions about products and services, or troubleshoot technical issues to find solutions. • Customers may also have questions about services on their account, need help enrolling in or canceling a service, or disputing a charge.

• Bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen von Bestandskunden eines bundesweit agierenden Energieversorgers. • Dies sind z.B. Zahlungs- und Rechnungsanfragen, Bearbeiten von Abschlägen oder das Aufnehmen von Zählerständen. • Dein Arbeitstag gestaltet sich durch den Einsatz in der Inboundtelefonie und auch im Backoffice (E-Mail) sehr abwechslungsreich.

• Komuniciranje putem mejla i poziva sa klijentima na nemačkom jeziku i odgovaranje na njihove upite • Rešavanje manjih kvarova uređaja i pružanje pomoći u vezi sa pitanjima korisnika • Informisanje korisnika o aktuelnom statusu njihove garancije • Organizovanje intervencije za složenije popravke uređaja • Pomoć u procesu reklamacije • Praćenje novih tehnoloških trendova i promena na tržištu
