Role Description We are looking for exceptional candidates who have the passion to build a professional service integration flow to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Integrations Developer is responsible for successfully incorporating new clients to Toolbox’s SaaS solutions and products. In this position, you will create and improve an integrations pipeline to develop proactive, highly-effective ongoing relationships with our partners, internal and external clients across the world backed by formal and repeatable processes. Duties and Responsibilities - Provide consultation and expertise for customers through the functional and technical setup process of new integrations with their systems. - Oversee integrations projects guaranteeing best practices are followed to launch on an agreed upon timeline. - Management of integrations documents and resources for clients and internal staff. - Code, debug and test service integrations with Toolbox internal teams, partners and clients. Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; online and in-person; in Spanish, English and Portuguese (must condition). - Willing and able to learn quickly, both through formal training and independent research. - Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude. - Creative, collaborative thinker with an ability to learn new things, assess problems and identify proactive solutions quickly. - Can get things done and knows her/his way around in at least one programming language. - Basic database knowledge (SQL and/or NoSQL). - Single sign-on/federated-identity standards including SAML and OAuth. - REST API and SOAP services technologies. - Third party service integrations. - Project management skills to develop and manage ongoing implementation timelines and milestones for multiple clients in a given period. - Cutting edge technologies (Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, React Js, among others). Role Description We are searching for a Technical Lead who will spearhead development teams, collaborating with major entertainment industry players. You will design and implement solutions that will shape the way millions of users access and enjoy digital content. - Lead and mentor a development team, driving project success through all phases of the software development lifecycle. - Architect, design, and deliver scalable and highly available microservices solutions. - Ensure optimal performance of high concurrency systems by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and strategy. - Actively contribute to the architecture and development of API design, distributed systems, and non-structured data organization. - Participate in the development of the company’s technology strategy and ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications - 5+ years of development experience in Javascript, Node.js, and React. - Expertise in microservices architecture and high-load systems. - Experience with Agile methodologies and unit testing. - Proficiency with Git and Docker for version control and containerization. - Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures and deployment practices. - Strong experience with distributed computing, handling non-structured data, and high-concurrency system design. - Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams. - Hands-on experience with Redux and Express. (nice to have) - Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for building scalable software solutions.
