Business Analyst

• Conduct the analysis activity at customer locations in the UK to have face to face discussions and hold group workshops • Prepare for the analysis activity through reviewing the domain, evaluating stakeholders, determining the output required and how best to achieve success • Review the analysis and produce business level requirements with supporting documentation, which both the customer and technical teams understand • Present content internally and externally as required at BRR, SRR, PDR or CDR • Timely delivery of supporting content and approved User Stories • During implementation you will remove impediments through collaboration with the client and manage issues and answer questions, verify build, and assist with demonstrations • Be accountable for the project scope in line with budget and customer expectations • Provide timely updates to stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary • Conduct customer demonstrations and feedback sessions • Identify and manage risks to aid the success of the project • Document progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the technical department • Act as customer proxy during User Acceptance Testing
