• A Senior Programmer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of software programs and applications that align with the business requirements. • The programmer may lead a team of junior programmers in encoding, testing, and debugging software programs and applications. • Responsibilities include integrating internal applications using the existing J2EE BUS framework, managing a CVS repository, supporting various applications, and ensuring disaster recovery plans are solid.
