• Handle large volumes of data from legacy ERPs and clients' unstructured spreadsheets. • Configure client accounts on the platform and set up the initial behavior of AI Agents. • Keep the project management tool rigorously up to date. • Monitor clients' first days of use, resolving immediate operational bottlenecks.

• You will be Tivita's first dedicated DevSecOps, responsible for establishing the foundations of a secure, predictable, resilient, and scalable infrastructure. • Create a DevSecOps foundation that enables structured growth without hindering the development team's velocity. • Identify critical risks, define realistic priorities, and create roadmaps that balance speed, reliability, and security. • Map the attack surface and assess the current state of infrastructure and security pipelines. • Identify critical vulnerabilities, exposures of sensitive data, and inadequate access policies. • Implement IAM and least-privilege policies in cloud environments. • Validate, automate, and test backup and disaster recovery procedures. • Integrate essential security stages into CI/CD pipelines (Secrets Scan, SAST, SCA, IaC Scan) without introducing blocking gates at the outset. • Protect applications against the OWASP Top 10 using WAFs, rate limiting, and anti-bot measures. • Implement encryption at rest and in transit, and deploy DLP controls on critical interfaces. • Establish canary releases, automatic rollback, and secure deployment practices. • Build a SIEM layer and create incident response playbooks. • Review LGPD/privacy policies, onboarding/offboarding processes, and governance. • Engage the engineering team with contextualized training and security testing. • Implement the “paved road” concept to provide autonomy and reduce dependence on Infra/Sec.

• Develop and maintain Metabase dashboards that provide visibility into critical metrics for clients and internal teams • Create ad-hoc analyses to support product, operations, and business decisions • Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement from the data • Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly • Organize and standardize metrics and KPIs for the Taís and Júlia modules • Ensure consistency and reliability of the information presented to clients • Document metric definitions, data sources, and calculation methodologies • Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to understand data needs • Support leadership with analyses that inform strategic decisions • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and visualization processes

• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems • Build and refine RAG pipelines • Implement LLM solutions in production • Ensure full observability of the agents • Apply advanced prompt engineering and anti-hallucination techniques • Manage the MLOps lifecycle • Document and share learnings about new technologies • Work closely with the engineering team

• Develop and evolve automation bots using Python combined with modern libraries • Migrate automations from UIPath to the new Python stack • Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable automation solutions • Integrate automations with APIs, databases, and Tivita's internal systems • Document processes, flows, and developed code • Monitor daily bot operations and ensure high availability for critical automations • Investigate, diagnose, and quickly resolve automation failures • Proactively identify issues before they impact customers • Implement improvements in observability, logging, and alerting • Respond promptly to critical incidents with a clear sense of urgency and prioritization
