• Embed with banking clients to deeply understand their workflows, constraints, regulatory context, and the strategic outcomes they're chasing • Translate ambiguous business problems into specific, testable hypotheses — then design and ship the solution against them • Own product decisions on live engagements: scope, sequencing, UX, what to build vs. what to leverage from the Titan platform • Build full-stack, leaning on UI/UX and front-end craft to deliver client-facing experiences that feel native and trusted • Run agentic workflows end-to-end: design the agent, configure the toolkit, evaluate, ship, iterate • Codify what you learn into reusable patterns, playbooks, and platform feedback so the next engagement starts further down the field • Partner with the broader Titan team — platform, GTM, ops — and represent the client's reality back to product and engineering

• Agent orchestration frameworks for multi-step reasoning, tool use, and constraint-based problem solving across banking workflows • RAG pipelines covering embedding generation, chunking, hybrid retrieval, and retrieval evaluation, calibrated for banking document types • LLM integration layers connecting banking models, APIs, and knowledge bases into reliable, auditable inference workflows • Evaluation infrastructure including behavioral contracts, regression baselines, and production observability for non-deterministic AI outputs • Backend services and APIs powering client-facing AI products at bank-tier uptime requirements

• Lead the technical design and delivery of complex banking AI engagements, including off-platform builds and bespoke integrations into client systems • Partner directly with client engineering, security, and architecture teams — speak their language, respect their constraints, design for their reality • Architect end-to-end agentic systems: data ingress, model orchestration, evals, observability, security, and the production wrapper around all of it • Make the call on what to build on Titan's platform vs. what to build bespoke vs. what to push back into our roadmap • Mentor mid-level FDEs and influence platform direction by codifying what you learn into reusable assets and patterns • Represent Titan's engineering credibility to banking CTOs, CISOs, and their architects

• Build and ship agentic workflows on the Titan platform to solve specific banking use cases (lending, credit, compliance, ops) • Configure agents, write integrations, design evals, and wire up the observability that proves things work in production • Partner directly with clients — operators, analysts, sometimes their engineers — to gather requirements, demo progress, and absorb feedback • Iterate fast: hypothesis, prototype, feedback, refine, ship • Capture patterns back into the platform so your next build (and everyone else's) starts ahead • Learn the banking domain rapidly through immersion — risk, controls, lending lifecycle, regulatory context

• Titan builds AI software for banks: purpose-built small language models, a banking ontology, and AI bankers that financial institutions can trust. • You are coming in to do the work: write the test cases, build the evaluation framework, set up CI/CD gates, and triage bugs alongside engineering. • You personally design and execute the evaluation framework for LLM and agentic AI outputs across Foundry, Agent Builder, and client-deployed instances. • You write the assertions, define the behavioral contracts, and own regression baselines for model behavior. • You write and maintain the automated test suite: end-to-end, integration, and regression coverage for backend APIs, document ingestion pipelines, AI inference workflows, and frontend surfaces. • You produce the test artifacts, audit logs, and process documentation that meet SOC 2 Type II standards.

• Design and execute the evaluation framework for LLM and agentic AI outputs. • Write the assertions, define the behavioral contracts, and own regression baselines for model behavior. • Write and maintain the automated test suite for backend APIs and frontend surfaces. • Own performance and load testing for latency-sensitive inference paths. • Produce test artifacts, audit logs, and process documentation that meet SOC 2 Type II standards. • Work directly with Forward Deployed Engineering on client-side validation and production issue reproduction.

• Build the SRE practice and operate it yourself first: SLO framework, on-call rotation, and incident command process. • Write the SLOs, run the rotation, lead incident response at live bank customers, and produce the postmortems. • Define severity tiers, SLA commitments per customer tier, and escalation paths for production support. • Set the operating system across all four engineering lanes: sprint discipline, release rituals, code review standards, change management evidence.

• Own an agentic-enabled client support experience end-to-end - from first contact through resolution - ensuring every user interaction reflects Titan's standard of excellence • Deepen client adoption of the Titan platform through hands-on guidance on prompting, workflows, and use case development • Synthesize client feedback into structured, high-signal inputs for Titan's Product and Engineering teams • Investigate platform issues with depth and rigor, exhausting resolution paths before escalating to Engineering, Product or Forward Deployed Engineering • Develop sharp pattern recognition across inbound requests - distinguishing user education gaps, product limitations, and technical issues in real time • Build and continuously improve a living knowledge base that makes the entire team smarter and faster over time • Maintain visibility across client communication channels, ensuring nothing slips and no client feels unheard • Team with Client Partners and Forward Deployed Engineers, enabling seamless handoffs and a unified client experience

• Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for key client stakeholders, owning the relationship from kickoff through successful adoption • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities across accounts without losing quality or momentum • Lead client calls, executive meetings, and kickoff meetings - setting the agenda, driving decisions, and keeping momentum • Champion the client perspective internally - distilling feedback into clear product signals and working directly with Titan's product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement • Partner closely with Titan's Forward Deployed Engineers as the strategic client lead throughout the full delivery lifecycle • Identify and explore potential high-value use-cases and expansion opportunities in collaboration with senior client stakeholders • Lead enablement sessions with users and key stakeholders, building the AI literacy and advocacy needed for lasting adoption • Project-manage platform onboarding, implementation milestones and priorities - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and keeping engagements on schedule • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and escalation paths for client stakeholders

• Own the full lifecycle of AI products with banking clients - from initial deployment through production optimization and feature expansion • Work directly with bank executives, compliance teams, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Design and architect integrations between Titan's AI platform and banks' existing systems (productivity suite, CRMs, loan origination systems, etc) • Drive technical product decisions that balance innovation, security, compliance, and operational realities of banking • Build and iterate on prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production features that solve real banking workflows • Partner with AI engineers and backend teams to ensure our models and agents perform reliably in live banking environments
