• Own the company’s financial planning process & toolset: Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units. • Drive executive decision support: Translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the CEO, CFO, and leadership team. • Build modern FP&A infrastructure: Develop scalable financial models, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools to support a fast-growing, dynamic business. • Strengthen business performance management: Define and track KPIs, ensuring tight alignment between financial outcomes and operational execution. • Lead variance analysis and storytelling: Explain performance vs. plan through a driver-based lens (volume, price, mix, margin dynamics). • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Credit, Product, and International teams to ensure financial alignment and accuracy. • Support capital allocation decisions: Evaluate investments, headcount planning, pricing strategies, and strategic initiatives. • Support M&A and capital markets initiatives: Develop models, diligence workstreams, and reporting frameworks to support strategic transactions and IPO readiness.

• Own mobile features and experiments end-to-end: Build, ship, and iterate on product features that generate signal on what users actually want — from initial concept through measurement. • Build out new customer facing agentic experiences: Work on LLM-enabled features in our mobile product surface such as the AI-powered Financial Assistant chatbot, improving engagement, response quality, and re-engagement flows. • Navigate ambiguity: Work closely with PMs to shape early product ideas intentionally with judgment about what's right for the customer matters as much as your technical execution. • Drive decisions with data: Instrument experiments, analyze engagement patterns, and use quantitative signal to inform what gets built next — even when getting clean data is the hard part. • Collaborate across functions: Partner closely with PMs, designers, data science, and backend engineers to translate innovative ideas into new mobile experiences. • Shape the product roadmap: Your experiments directly determine which bets Tilt doubles down on. What you learn becomes the strategy.

• Own the AML program end-to-end. Adapt existing US frameworks to meet LFPIORPI obligations, serve as primary point of contact for the UIF and SAT, and run the daily program: KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and investigations. • Operationalize complaints and issues management for Mexico. Take the US playbook and translate it into a Mexico-appropriate version — get both programs running and documented. • Build the regulatory compliance layer alongside the AML core. Maintain policies aligned with CONDUSEF, CNBV, and PROFECO; monitor regulatory developments and communicate implications to the Mexico leadership team before they become problems. • Partner with the collections team on consumer-facing compliance. Keep collections practices — customer communications, third-party vendor oversight, and operations — clean under applicable Mexican consumer protection requirements. • Own compliance for the credit card launch. Map third-party expectations from external partners, close gaps, and ensure Tilt MX is compliance-ready before the product goes live. • Keep the program audit-ready. Run periodic risk assessments, maintain documentation, and be the single source of truth for Mexico's compliance posture.

• Own the commercial contract function — negotiate vendor agreements, tech and data integrations, marketing partnerships, and bank relationships. Build and maintain templates and playbooks, and use AI tooling to make the whole operation leaner. • Drive corporate governance — manage board and committee materials, consents, minutes, and corporate records across the company and its subsidiaries. Support cap table matters, equity administration, and the governance work required to get IPO-ready. • Lead on capital markets transactions — support equity and debt financings from term sheet through closing, including structured warehouse facilities. Help build out Tilt's ABS platform and manage ongoing covenant compliance and lender diligence. • Support M&A from the inside — participate in domestic and cross-border transactions with hands-on drafting and negotiation on smaller deals, diligence support on larger ones, and post-closing integration work. • Partner with People on employment matters — advise on labor and employment questions with a focus on reducing exposure, and support equity compensation management including option grants and potential RSU transition. • Help build the international legal playbook — as Tilt expands across markets, you'll develop the cross-border frameworks that let us move with confidence.

• Own Tilt's voice: Be the primary steward of how we sound — sharpening our voice, setting a high bar for craft, and ensuring everything we write sounds clear, human, and unmistakably Tilt. • Write work that defines us: Create brand copy that's clever without being try-hard, warm without being generic, and plain-spoken without being dull. You find the phrase other writers miss, and you make it look easy. • Concept to campaign: Generate the big idea and know how to blow it out — from the central creative platform to the headlines, scripts, and executional details that make a campaign feel whole and inevitable. • Tell the long story: Lead long-form narrative projects — across touch points, campaign narratives, scripts — that build trust, clarity, and emotional connection with our audience. • Drive growth through language: Write direct response copy for ads, email, and performance channels that converts without sounding like it's trying to. Real results. • Build the system: Use your craft expertise to design and refine AI-assisted copy workflows — writing prompts, style guides, and frameworks that help to stay on-brand while producing great work at scale. • Collaborate across the creative org: Work hand-in-hand with designers on campaign concepting and brand development to ensure writing and design move together, not in parallel. • Shape creative practice: As a senior voice on a growing team, you'll have real influence over how we develop creative standards, review work, and push the bar higher. • Make financial language feel human: Help people feel seen, respected, and confident through clear, emotionally intelligent writing that builds trust in moments that matter.

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across mobile channels (Meta, Google App Campaigns, DSPs, and others), including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling. • Own and mature the performance marketing function - building out processes, reporting, and experimentation frameworks on top of an already-live, scaling business. • Manage and develop our agency relationship, extracting knowledge, building internal capabilities, and progressively owning more of the execution in-house. • Optimize for full-funnel performance, from impression to repayment behavior - improving CAC, conversion rates, and LTV. • Design and run rigorous experiments (A/B tests, incrementality tests, creative testing) to continuously improve performance, even in low-signal environments. • Allocate and optimize budget dynamically based on performance, risk, and business priorities. • Drive creative strategy and iteration, translating performance data into actionable insights on messaging, formats, and audiences. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Analytics, and Design to improve targeting, onboarding flows, and conversion. • Own mobile attribution and measurement, working with tools like AppsFlyer/Adjust and navigating signal loss (e.g., SKAN, privacy changes). • Develop deep expertise in the Mexico market - including channel dynamics, user behavior, payment patterns, and regulatory considerations - and use it to inform strategy.

• Rebuild product accounting from the ground up — Evaluate every process supporting loans, credit cards, and cash advances. Identify what's broken or unscalable and rebuild it using industry best practices, so that when something goes wrong, troubleshooting takes minutes, not days. • Own end-to-end close — Lead monthly and quarterly close across product accounting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Drive balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, revenue, accruals, and cash activity across all core product lines. • Partner with Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and BI — Ensure proper accounting treatment is designed into new products from day one — not patched in after the fact. This requires genuine subject matter expertise, not just coordination. • Strategize across functions — Work directly with FP&A, Capital Markets, and senior leadership to identify cross-functional workstreams and proactively flag gaps, risks, and opportunities before they become blockers. • Build for audit readiness — Establish the documentation, audit trails, and process controls that reflect where the company is headed. You’ll be the person who ensures the books are ready before the auditors arrive. • Own accounting for complex fintech products — Lead accounting treatment for loan originations, servicing, interest income, charge-offs, and credit card and cash advance operations. • Support audit and regulatory requirements — Prepare workpapers, documentation, and reconciliations that meet the rigor of annual audits and regulatory exams.

• Work closely with the local NIRA Engineering team, and partner with the broader APAC Engineering team to increase the scale our platform can handle. • Expand the platform to support multiple financial products and underlying instruments. • Drive iterations on credit policy and improve credit decision systems. • Collaborate with product, credit/finance, compliance, support and analytics teams.

• Design Tilt’s future operating systems: Partner with senior leaders to diagnose current pain points and co-design AI-first processes and systems that scale with the business. • Shape the “agentic” operating model: Define how Tilt integrates autonomous tools, human judgment, and systemized knowledge into everyday decision-making. • Drive measurable outcomes: Deliver technical and analytical projects that unlock speed, reduce manual effort, and increase team capacity. • Lead proof-of-concepts: Prototype and validate redesigned processes using tools like Claude, N8N, and custom GPTs/skills. Drive • Translate innovation into scale: Convert proof-of-concept learnings into scalable frameworks and playbooks that can be applied across functions. • Enable technical transformation: Collaborate with data and engineering partners to ensure our infrastructure supports demand for agentic capabilities. • Advise leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Head of Product, and senior leaders, aligning AI capabilities with business priorities. • Champion cultural change: Promote new ways of working that preserve Tilt’s culture of ownership while accelerating responsible AI adoption.
