Thesis*

• Provide advisory on the full accounting lifecycle with our in-house accountant, including month-end close, AR/AP, and the consolidation of our multi-entity venture studio structure. • Solve high-level challenges involving token accounting (including pre-market tokens), crypto-native payroll, and tax optimization. • Advise on tracking vesting schedules for team/investors and handling the tax implications of token grants. • Create management, investor, and board-level reporting that translates complex data into clear strategic insights. • Effectively manage a diverse treasury of cash, cash-equivalents, and tokens to achieve the financial objectives. • Managing stablecoin yields and gas fees; monitoring hardware/multisig wallets. • Advise on federal, state, and local tax compliance across our global footprint, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve in a shifting regulatory landscape.
