• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chats • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues they may have • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the appropriate teams • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system • Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
