Role Description The Jed Foundation (JED) is a nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for teens and young adults. JED partners with high schools and colleges to strengthen their mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention programs and systems. The Learning & Knowledge team supports this mission by delivering high-quality training and education to school professionals, caregivers, and other audiences through JED's Learning Management System. JED is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented LMS Administrator for a part-time contract (3-6 months) engagement to support the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on: - Maintaining system configuration - Supporting course quality assurance and launch readiness - Generating regular reporting - Providing responsive technical support to end users The ideal contractor is comfortable working independently, communicates proactively, and brings practical experience administering LMS platforms in a professional environment. Familiarity with Moodle, Articulate/RISE, or similar platforms is strongly preferred. Qualifications - 3 or more years of LMS administration experience, including user management, course configuration, and end-user support - Familiarity with Moodle, Articulate/RISE, or comparable Learning Management Systems - Experience with virtual instructor-led training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams - Strong attention to detail, particularly for QA and data accuracy work - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate proactively in a remote contract environment - Familiarity with adult learning principles and blended learning environments is a plus - Prior experience working with a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus Requirements - Maintain and update LMS configuration, including course structures, organization settings, and access groups - Manage user accounts, training enrollments, subscription access, and training credit administration - Ensure the system remains organized, functional, and aligned with JED's operational needs throughout the engagement - Conduct quality assurance reviews of courses prior to launch, checking for functionality, accessibility, and content accuracy - Partner with instructional designers and developers to prepare instructor-led and self-paced content for deployment - Troubleshoot and resolve course-level issues identified during QA or post-launch - Pull and deliver regular training data reports on a cadence agreed with the Director of Learning & Development - Audit course completions and learner progress data to ensure accuracy - Identify and flag data anomalies or quality issues; work with internal teams to resolve them - Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external end-user technical questions and issues - Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues or escalating as appropriate - Document common issues and resolutions to build a support knowledge base for the team Benefits - Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 / hour - Remote work opportunity - Temporary contract (3-6 months)

OPS-Digital Products Employment Type: Part Time Location: Remote Reporting To: Product Manager, Data Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 / hour Description The Qualtrics Platform Administration Contractor provides dedicated, ongoing support for JED's Qualtrics platform, serving as the primary implementer for day-to-day platform management tasks. The contractor’s work is guided by the Product Manager, Data and works closely with the Senior Data Analyst, Research & Evaluation on technically complex tasks. This role requires enough technical fluency to investigate problems, identify solutions, and implement them with high-level direction — without requiring step-by-step guidance for every task. Tasks of significant technical complexity or broad platform implications will continue to involve the Product Manager or Senior Data Analyst, and all-hands support from additional team members during high-volume periods is expected. Ongoing: 10 hours per week on average, with variability week to week based on program cycles and incoming requests. Key Responsibilities Bug investigation and resolution Investigate, recommend, and implement solutions for customer-facing and staff-facing bugs, as directed by the Product Manager. Survey enhancements Identify and implement technical solutions to use cases particular to specific surveys — e.g. unique data validation, survey flow, or survey workflow needs — as directed by the Product Manager and Senior Data Analyst. Survey configuration and QA testing Configure surveys and assessments using the Qualtrics GUI. Survey content and logic requirements will be provided by the Product Manager. Participate in QA testing activities as directed. Platform and user management Support drafting and lead implementation of user and survey management best practices that keep JED's data secure, as directed by the Product Manager, with additional guidance from Chief Technical Officer and Senior Data Analyst as needed. Workflow documentation Document solutions, processes, and platform configurations so that knowledge accumulates in the organization rather than residing with any individual contributor. The Jed Foundation (JED) is seeking a temporary Salesforce Administrator to provide critical support as we continue to scale our work. This role is focused on task-level execution and delivery. You will work directly with our Technical Administrator to help manage and maintain our Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) instance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented administrator who excels at completing assigned tasks, managing day-to-day service requests, and ensuring data integrity. This role will not be responsible for planning or prioritizing work, but rather for executing tasks assigned by the senior team. Serve as an administrator for JED’s Salesforce NPSP instance, focusing on assigned tasks Manage user accounts, profiles, and page layouts as directed Implement customizations in Salesforce, including creating and maintaining custom fields, workflows, and validation rules based on provided requirements Assist with data integrity by performing regular data cleanup, de-duplication of records, and audits as assigned Execute routine and complex data migration, integration, and mass-update tasks using Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar tools (e.g., Jetstream) Support Salesforce updates and help test new features or third-party applications in sandbox environments before deployments Build and maintain reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requests Provide timely and effective technical support to all staff by managing and resolving issues through an internal ticketing system Assist in updating and maintaining clear documentation (user guides) for Salesforce processes
