Role Description We're looking for a relationship-driven, highly organized Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build great teams. In this role, you’ll take the lead on full-cycle recruiting across our schools and support center, partnering closely with leaders to understand hiring needs, develop strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional experience from first conversation to offer. This position is remote and may be performed from any state in which The Gardner School operates, with occasional travel required for team meetings, hiring events, training, and school support activities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Education, or related field preferred - 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring, school leadership, or related operational experience preferred - Experience in high-volume, service-based, education, or multi-site environments preferred - Experience recruiting for early childhood education teachers, school staff, or education-based roles strongly preferred - Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and candidate assessment skills - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday, or other recruiting and HR systems preferred - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Requirements - Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support - Partner with school and operational leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles - Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, alignment, and overall fit - Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, hiring events, and community partnerships - Maintain timely communication with candidates and leaders throughout the hiring process to support a positive experience - Support recruitment marketing initiatives, hiring events, and sourcing strategies to strengthen applicant flow - Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within Workday and related systems - Follow recruiting processes, workflows, and hiring practices aligned with company expectations and employment laws - Track recruiting activity and hiring progress to support operational visibility and staffing needs - Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency - Support onboarding coordination, seasonal hiring initiatives, and other recruiting-related projects as needed Benefits - Competitive Pay: The salary range for this position is $52,000-$78,000 annually. Work Environment & Physical Requirements - Primarily works remotely from a home office environment. - Requires a reliable internet connection and the ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace. - Frequent interaction with prospective families, school leaders, and support staff through phone, email, video conferencing, and other communication platforms. - Occasional travel to school locations, enrollment events, training sessions, and team meetings. - Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support business needs and enrollment events. - Ability to remain in a stationary position and work at a computer for extended periods. - Ability to communicate effectively by phone, video conference, email, and in person. - Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology. - Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds. - Ability to travel periodically within The Gardner School's operating markets. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Role Description The Admissions Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective families and plays a critical role in supporting enrollment growth across multiple schools. This role is responsible for guiding families from initial inquiry through tour scheduling, building meaningful relationships, and partnering closely with School Directors to improve lead conversion and enrollment outcomes. As a subject matter expert in our CRM platform, LineLeader, the Admissions Coordinator helps schools effectively manage inquiries, maintain accurate data, and implement best practices that support a consistent, high-quality admissions experience. The ideal candidate is: - Highly organized - Relationship-oriented - Comfortable using data to drive decisions - Passionate about helping families find the right educational environment for their children Qualifications - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, customer service, sales, enrollment, account management, education, or another relationship-focused role - Experience in early childhood education, preschool admissions, or family-facing environments is preferred - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and make recommendations - Experience using CRM systems or similar technology platforms - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications Requirements - Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families through phone, email, web inquiries, and other communication channels - Build relationships with families by understanding their needs, answering questions, and communicating the unique value of each school - Guide families through the inquiry and tour scheduling process, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up - Maintain ongoing communication with prospective families to support engagement and conversion - Track and monitor inquiry activity and conversion performance across assigned schools - Partner with School Directors to support enrollment goals and improve admissions outcomes - Lead monthly admissions strategy discussions with assigned schools, reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans - Provide guidance on lead management, follow-up practices, and admissions processes - Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that may impact enrollment performance and recommend solutions - Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for LineLeader CRM - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inquiries, communications, and follow-up activities - Support schools in maintaining data integrity and consistent CRM usage - Identify opportunities to improve admissions workflows, reporting, and system utilization - Assist with training and ongoing support related to CRM best practices - Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to support enrollment initiatives and organizational growth - Share insights and feedback from prospective families to help inform marketing and operational strategies - Support a seamless transition from inquiry to school tour and enrollment - Participate in school visits, meetings, and enrollment events as needed Benefits - Salary Range: $41,600 - $52,000 annually - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off - Paid holidays - Professional development opportunities
