• Identify and develop new international business opportunities. • Actively prospect companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn. • Use social media and digital channels to generate qualified international leads. • Schedule and conduct online meetings with international decision makers. • Present customized commercial proposals, clearly explaining our recruitment and selection solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, generating recurring business and referrals. • Keep CRM updated and manage an active and healthy sales pipeline. • Work closely with the Recruitment and Selection team to ensure smooth processes and successful deliveries.
