Role Description The Mid-Level Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. Role Description Baer is looking for a Tivoli Automation Consultant for a 10+ month Federal remote project. - Supports day-to-day Tivoli operations by monitoring alerts, executing runbooks, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating issues appropriately to help maintain stable and reliable services. - This role is intended for non-incumbent candidates with foundational Tivoli administration and operations experience. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor Tivoli dashboards, queues, and alerts; perform initial triage and create incident tickets with accurate categorization and impact assessment. - Execute documented runbook procedures, including service restarts, agent checks, job reruns, and basic backup restores, following approved operational processes. - Validate Tivoli agent health and connectivity; assist with basic installations and upgrades under guidance and document results. - Maintain event and alert hygiene by acknowledging, investigating, and closing alerts while ensuring proper alert-to-ticket correlation. - Support job scheduling and workload automation activities by monitoring job failures, rerunning jobs, validating dependencies, and communicating status updates. - Assist with backup operations by reviewing scheduled backup results, investigating common failures, and supporting routine restore requests. - Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and shift handover notes. - Escalate complex incidents to senior support teams in a timely manner and provide relevant diagnostic information. Qualifications - Basic understanding of IBM Tivoli products and enterprise monitoring concepts. - Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. - Ability to follow documented procedures and troubleshooting guides. - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. - Willingness to work in a shift-based operational support environment. - Experience supporting Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, or related automation tools. - Familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix environments, and enterprise scheduling or backup operations.
