• Serve as key support contact for providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. • Build and maintain positive relationships with Marketplace providers to promote engagement and satisfaction. • Actively manage procedure additions and deletions, and create new bundles as needed. • Manage customer requests and follow established processes for issue resolution. • Monitor customer activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, including mitigating partner attrition. • Provide guidance on Marketplace tools, features, and best practices.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications related to post-purchase voucher inquiries. • Research and resolve patient billing and provider payment issues. • Review voucher status and process updates as needed. • Investigate and resolve aging vouchers. • Support providers in accessing and utilizing Tendo’s MDsave Marketplace backend system. • Maintain a strong understanding of the Marketplace products and their benefits for patients and providers. • Document patient and provider interactions and ensure timely, effective follow-up via approved communication channels, including phone and email. • Utilize Salesforce as the primary case management tool to track cases, notes, and resolutions. • Meet departmental performance goals, including customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards. • Maintain close coordination with internal teams, including provider relations, finance, and product, to resolve complex billing and payment issues. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Analyze data from multiple databases to drive optimization and improvement of quality outcomes, resource utilization, and risk adjustment. • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize patient outcomes, patient experiences, risk adjustment opportunities, and other business outcomes. • Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies to evaluate their applicability in solving healthcare problems and improving operational workflows. • Develop analytic data sets and use statistical software to analyze data sets as requested. • Use third party software tools in the development of queries and visualizations. • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
