Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) development and customization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining C4C solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the C4C system. Your tasks - Development and Customization: - Design and develop custom solutions within the SAP C4C (Sales and Service Cloud), including creating custom objects, fields, business logic and screens (UI Designer). - Develop extensions and enhancements using SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), SAP C4C ABSL (Advanced Business Scripting Language), UI Designer and preferably also SAPUI5. - Customize standard C4C functionality to meet specific business requirements. - Integration: - Work on integrating SAP C4C with other SAP and non-SAP systems using OData services, Web Services, and middleware tools like SAP CPI or SAP PI/PO. - Develop and maintain integration scenarios that enable data exchange between SAP C4C and external systems. - Technical Design and Documentation: - Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Create detailed technical design documents, including process flows, data models, and interface designs. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. - Testing and Quality Assurance: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development, testing, and post-go-live phases. - Support and Maintenance: - Provide ongoing technical support for existing SAP C4C solutions, including bug fixes, performance tuning, and enhancements. - Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues that arise in the SAP C4C environment. - Implement system updates and patches as required. - Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP C4C development. - Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP C4C implementation projects. - Strong understanding of CRM processes in Sales, Service, and Marketing within the C4C environment. Requirements - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), SAP C4C ABSL and UI Designer. - Experience with SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, and other front-end development technologies is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP C4C integration with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other third-party systems. - Familiarity with middleware tools like SAP CPI, PI/PO, or HCI for integration purposes. - Strong understanding of OData services and Web Services in the context of SAP C4C. - Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Certifications: - SAP C4C Developer certification (preferred).
