Role Description The Regulatory Reporting Analyst plays a critical behind-the-scenes role supporting environmental remediation projects across the country. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, deadlines, data accuracy, and transforming complex environmental information into clear, compliant reports. In this fully remote role, you will help ensure Tasman projects stay aligned with federal, state, and local reporting requirements. What You’ll Be Doing - Regulatory Reporting & Compliance - Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the EPA, state DEQs, and local agencies - Compile, validate, and interpret environmental data (soil, groundwater, air, and surface water) - Translate technical monitoring results into clear narratives, tables, and summaries - Track project milestones and incorporate progress updates into required reports - Maintain well-organized compliance records for audit readiness - Schedule & Coordination - Manage reporting calendars and ensure deadlines are met—every time - Collaborate with engineers, scientists, labs, consultants, and project managers Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in the environmental or oil & gas industry - Strong technical writing and attention to detail - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and reporting tools - Ability to interpret and apply environmental regulations - Excellent organization and time management skills - Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting Requirements - Background as a Geologist, Engineer, or Environmental Scientist (Preferred) - Familiarity with state-level environmental regulations (Preferred) - Project management experience (Preferred) Benefits - Group health coverage - 401(k) - Paid vacation - Paid sick time - Company-paid holidays
