Role Description We are a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider seeking an experienced BCBA Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified ABA therapists, RBTs, and BCBAs to support our clinical operations across Florida and beyond. Key Responsibilities - Source and recruit ABA therapists, RBTs, BCBAs, and related clinical staff - Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting and sourcing through offer and onboarding - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified ABA candidates - Screen candidates for clinical experience, certifications, and culture fit - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS - Partner with clinical leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities - Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets Qualifications - Prior recruiting experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare required - Familiarity with ABA therapy roles, certifications, and clinical terminology strongly preferred - Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing tools - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously - Must be located in Florida - Experience with an ATS preferred Requirements - Salary commensurate with experience Benefits - Flexible work environment — remote or in-person options available - Opportunity to make a direct impact on clinical staffing and patient outcomes - Supportive, mission-driven team culture - Growth opportunities within an expanding organization
