• Draft new client agreements and amendments using standardized templates. • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts including creation, amendment, execution, and storage of agreements for new and existing clients. • Review multiple versions of negotiated contract language to ensure previously agreed-upon terms and amendments are incorporated accurately. • Maintain records of negotiation history and ensure consistency across similar contract types. • Monitor legal and compliance considerations that may impact recordkeeping, custodial, trust, and related service agreements. • Support agreements associated with client onboarding, implementation activities, and plan changes. • Provide standard legal communications and documentation to internal stakeholders. • Coordinate internal contract reviews and facilitate execution and signature processes. • Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract terms and provide status updates throughout the contract lifecycle. • Maintain organized documentation of executed contracts and related supporting materials. • Identify opportunities to improve contract management workflows and recommend operational enhancements. • Assist in evaluating newly implemented processes and initiatives related to contract administration.

• Create, amend, execute, and store client legal agreements for both new and existing clients. • Monitor, review, and evaluate ongoing legal and compliance issues affecting recordkeeping, custodial, trust agreements, and other related contracts. • Track multiple versions of negotiated contracts, ensuring previously agreed-upon terms, conditions, and amendments are accurately incorporated. • Maintain institutional knowledge of standard negotiated positions and ensure consistency across similar contract types. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, finance, compliance, and business units. • Facilitate contract reviews, coordinate signature processes, respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, and provide updates throughout the contract lifecycle. • Identify business processes requiring improvement and recommend alternative solutions to management. • Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and modifying newly implemented processes and initiatives.

• Lead other developers in building out the browser-based UI features as designed • Add “polish” to the appearance of browser apps • Design components for end-user usability and component reusability and maintainability

• Lead, design, develop, deploy and maintain applications using OutSystems for Enterprise applications. • Participate in all phases of the Enterprise application development life cycle; including gathering customer requirements, defining technical requirements and training sessions. • Engage in OutSystems development and maintenance projects and drive them to closure.
