• Prepare operating rooms according to specialty requirements: setup and equipment installation • Greet and receive patients • Position patients for surgery in collaboration with the surgical and anesthesia teams • Support the progression of surgical procedures, collaborating with TSO (operating room technicians), the surgical team, and the anesthesia team • Ensure traceability and documentation of the procedure and the instruments used • Maintain premises and equipment; knowledge of and adherence to hygiene and aseptic protocols

• As Product Owner for clinical applications, you will actively shape the digital future of our medical processes. • Your work directly contributes to enabling physicians, nursing staff and other medical professionals to work efficiently and to ensuring optimal patient care. • You will work hand in hand with our outsourcing partners and internal teams to continuously improve the service we provide to our customers. • Responsible for the configuration and operation of the Cistec KISIM clinical information system and its related medical peripheral systems at the Zofingen site. • Ensure smooth operations, system stability and performance. • Continuously develop and optimize the applications in close coordination with the clinical departments to meet their needs and achieve process improvements. • Provide active advice and support to users on complex issues, deliver targeted training sessions and create and maintain comprehensive documentation. • Identify innovation opportunities, evaluate them and implement new functionalities or system integrations to increase the efficiency and quality of medical care. • Actively contribute to the support, customization and further development of additional applications at the group level. • Work closely with clinical departments, external partners and the group's IT teams to ensure integrated and future-proof IT solutions. • Manage incidents and changes and coordinate with suppliers in the event of disruptions or required adjustments.
