• Prepare daily task sheet and checklists relating to bank activities • Review and reconcile daily cash balances, ledgers and online accounts • Oversee check runs, wires and ACH daily transfers • Recording of Payroll and Benefits activities • Reconciling and Recording Investment Activity • Assist in the cash internal control process • Assist other treasury personnel with daily normal functions as needed • Accounts receivable – monitor daily receipts and assist in journalizing the activity • Manage accounts payable function and assist in timely payment of vendors • Prepare new vendor set-ups to ensure applications are complete and accurate for efficient accounts payable activities. • Participate in internal and external audits. • Support month end closing processes. • Asssit with Regulatory Payments to States and Filings Documents • Manage monthly corporate accruals and adjustments. • Other duties as assigned.

• Define and prioritize enterprise data initiatives that support finance, actuarial, claims, compliance, program performance, and operational reporting. • Serve as the product owner for key data domains and data products, maintaining roadmaps and prioritizing backlog items based on business value and regulatory needs. • Partner with assigned stakeholder groups across claims, actuarial, finance, operations, and compliance to gather requirements and align data solutions with strategic objectives. • Translate business requirements into clearly defined data product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams. • Ensure data products meet standards for quality, accessibility, governance, and regulatory compliance across the organization. • Collaborate with Technology, data engineering, and analytics teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities. • Oversee the lifecycle of data products including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement. • Support insurance regulatory and bureau reporting initiatives (including statistical reporting such as NISS and other regulatory data submissions). • Promote data governance, data quality, and standardized definitions across insurance program and operational data. • Identify opportunities to improve underwriting insight, portfolio monitoring, and operational performance through enhanced data capabilities. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure data initiatives align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance frameworks. • Act as a subject matter expert on P&C insurance data structures, reporting workflows, and regulatory data requirements.
