Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Account Management Director to lead customer engagement, serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and drive business growth across global enterprise accounts. - Serve as the main point of contact for global enterprise customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. - Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to achieve sustainable partnerships with existing accounts. - Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. - Identify new business opportunities within your territory and drive expansion with large global organizations. - Collaborate with internal teams (solution consultants, delivery, product management) to tailor solutions and ensure customer success. - Provide ongoing input from customers to product and delivery teams to enhance offerings. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasts for management. - Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with company goals. - Represent the company at international conferences and industry events. - Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market dynamics. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management in the high-tech industry. - Proven experience selling complex software solutions (ERP, database, enterprise platforms, or large-scale SaaS). - Experience managing long sales cycles (typically 12–18 months). - Background in selling to large, global enterprise organizations with complex decision-making processes and multiple stakeholders. - Excellent English - perfect command, both written and spoken. Requirements - Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional service. - Proficiency in presenting and writing proposals, including responding to RFPs. - Skilled in selling high-value solutions. - Ability to engage internal partners (marketing, solution consultant, finance, etc.) throughout the sales cycle. - Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. - Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and results-driven approach.

About the Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our IBSnet product team. This role is part of Surecomp’s product line for trade finance automation, used by leading banks worldwide. The position is focused on maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our core enterprise platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong analytical skills, solid technical background in financial systems, and proven ability to work in a structured and process-oriented team. This role requires close collaboration with global colleagues, and offers an opportunity to be part of a stable product with ongoing development. Location: Remote, Eastern Time Zone hours (8:30am–5:30pm ET). Reporting to: Project Leader Roles and Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain product code using PowerBuilder and C++. - Analyze technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues within the IBSnet platform. - Build automations, enhancements, and platform improvements based on internal and client feedback. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (developers, business analysts, product owners). - Participate in daily meetings and coordinate tasks with other team members. - Interact occasionally with clients for technical support and implementation matters. Requirements Knowledge and Experience - At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in structured, enterprise-level environments. - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with PowerBuilder (version 12.6 or later). - Strong C++ development experience. - Familiarity with MSSQL Server. - Previous work with financial systems or within financial institutions. Advantages - Oracle SQL experience. - Understanding of MQ Series. - Exposure to Python or Java. - Background in Trade Finance. Enterprise Customer Success Manager

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their business objectives, operational workflows, and technical environments. • Lead complex customer onboarding and implementation programs, managing long-term projects involving banks and corporate enterprises adopting Surecomp’s SaaS platforms. • Act as the project leader for customer implementations, responsible for planning, milestone tracking, execution, and delivery coordination across internal and customer teams. • Manage project governance structures including status meetings, steering committees (SteerCo), executive briefings, and implementation reviews. • Work closely with customers to adapt and align Surecomp solutions to their operational processes, ensuring successful adoption within their trade finance environment. • Coordinate and manage complex integrations with internal banking systems, third-party platforms, and financial messaging networks. • Drive revenue growth through upsell and renewal opportunities, aligned with a clear enterprise account strategy. • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks, project delays, or adoption challenges. • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure customer feedback influences product roadmaps and service improvements. • Serve as the customer advocate within Surecomp, ensuring internal stakeholders remain aligned with customer priorities and expectations. • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a data-driven pipeline for expansion and renewal activity.
