The Solutions Architect, Senior will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices, acting as a technical advisor, to provide leadership and guidance in the planning and coordination of design, development and implementation of our mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities: “To simplify complexities for each customer.” - Provide architecture leadership and Appian expertise while collaboratively working with stakeholders in all areas of the business and IT, aligning Appian solutions to support company objectives. - Continually facilitate and assist with efforts to define Appian-centric enterprise solutions. - Acts as the design authority for Appian-based solutions, guiding solution architecture and design decisions across business-critical applications. - Ensure effective governance of defined industry, company, and Appian-specific standards and patterns. - Demonstrate and build prototypes, create reference architectures, and design effective solutions that leverage the Appian platform. - Continually stay abreast on LCAP trends and lead the research and development efforts accordingly through proof-of-concept implementations, workshops, etc. - Provide guidance, coaching, architectural assessments, and Appian mentorship for various IT teams and initiatives. - Create prototypes and design innovative and effective Appian-based solutions that align with organization’s objectives and maintain competitive market advantage. - Collaborate with peers and various IT groups in continuously creating, assessing and updating LCAP standards, guidelines and best practices. - Champion product design, solution design and industry best practices in building and delivering best in class software. - Effectively communicate using written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills. Qualifications/Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferably in a computer science/engineering related field plus 8-10 years of related experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experienced in leading and implementing the design and delivery of complex Appian-based solutions, including case management, integrations, and data-centric applications. Experience in Healthcare and Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation industry is a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proven experience working with project teams in an influential role to deliver Appian-centric solution architecture based on business requirements, technology standards, service level agreements and approved funding. Must have experience in identifying and implementing sound design patterns and capable of leading and facilitating design and modeling workshops with both business and technical team members. Required background with strong hands-on expertise incorporating Appian while building and deploying distributed applications. Must have excellent knowledge and experience with database and infrastructure design and best practices. Demonstrated a set of skills that include but not limited to: - Strong leadership, vision, effective communication and goal-oriented - Emotional maturity in guiding and influencing challenging team and development environments - Political awareness and skill to drive change Relevant experience with modern Event Driven Architecture, Continuous Integration/Delivery, NoSQL, APIs and Microservices. Anticipated Starting Pay Range $136,600 - $187,770 USD To facilitate working from home, and as a requirement for this role, candidates must provide their own reliable, high speed internet access with sufficient bandwidth to execute all job functions. • leads the onboarding, coaching, and transition experience for new and incoming franchisees across The Goddard School system • translates strategies, standards, and priorities into an effective operating plan and is accountable for program execution, team performance, readiness outcomes, and continuous improvement • ensures franchisees are prepared to operate successfully, aligned with the Goddard brand, and positioned for strong early enrollment and long-term success • leads and develops the Onboarding Franchise Consultants, monitors progress across new school openings and ownership transfers, identifies risks, and drives timely action and escalation • identifies gaps, communicates their impact on franchisee readiness, and escalates issues requiring action or decisions from the appropriate functional leaders • delivers strong openings, effective transitions, and consistent, high-quality franchisee experience

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Supergut’s internal Quality Management System • Create and maintain: Raw material specifications, Finished product specifications, Packaging component specifications, SOPs and quality manuals • Maintain document control processes, revision tracking, and controlled documentation systems • Establish and manage change control procedures • Ensure quality systems always remain audit-ready • Ensure Supergut maintains compliance with dietary supplement cGMP requirements under 21 CFR 111 • Establish and oversee finished product testing and release processes • Review and approve: Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Analytical testing reports, Batch documentation for release verification • Maintain traceability systems and release documentation • Ensure appropriate documentation retention practices are followed • Establish and oversee a compliant finished product retain program • Maintain secure, organized storage of retains (or oversee third-party retain storage facilities) • Track retain inventory and expiration timelines • Conduct periodic organoleptic evaluations of retains as part of ongoing quality monitoring • Qualify and approve contract manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and third-party testing laboratories • Establish and maintain supplier qualification programs (risk-based; primarily paper audits with on-site visits) • Review and manage quality agreements • Conduct supplier performance evaluations • Manage and maintain third-party certifications, including but not limited to: Project Non-GMO, Low FODMAP, Vegan, Gluten Free or other applicable certifications

• Own all Lead to Enrollment (L2E) digital product capabilities, ensuring franchisees and families experience intuitive, high performing tools that make it easy to inquire, schedule, communicate, and progress through the enrollment journey • Be a key contributor to re-platforming the CRM functionality and systems to enable further conversion on the Lead to Enrollment use cases • Define, enhance, and manage CRM and Franchisee Sales Enablement products, ensuring workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting support both franchisee needs and a frictionless, responsive family experience from first inquiry to enrollment decision • Lead user research with franchisees and prospective families, translating insights into product strategy and enhancements • Develop and maintain a value-based product roadmap aligned with enterprise goals, franchisee needs, and enrollment performance • Build conversion funnel measurement tools and dashboards using platforms such as FullStory, Hotjar, or Quantum Metric • Analyze funnel performance and drive data backed optimization in partnership with Marketing, Operations, and Franchisees • Partner closely with Engineering, IT, and vendors to ensure delivery is on time, in scope, technically sound, and aligned with system architecture • Lead and mentor a product team to ensure strong execution, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment • Support business owners with business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and prioritization recommendations • Drive Agile product development, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery • Partner with Operations to support change management, training, and adoption of new tools and technologies across the franchise system • Serve as a cross functional leader across Marketing, Operations, IT, and Analytics to ensure shared alignment on product goals and decisions • Define and track KPIs and success metrics for all product initiatives, ensuring performance measurement and continuous improvement

• Responsible for integrating, analyzing raw data, developing, and maintaining datasets and improving data quality and efficiency. • Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines, integration tools and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data usage, volume, and complexity. • Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition. • Designs data integrations, data quality framework and integrate it with monitoring services. • Strong hands on capabilities across integration toolsets including ADF, Replication, CDC etc. • Integrate data from different SOR’s, combine raw information and create resulting models ready for consumption. • Interpret trends and patterns. • Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues. • Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, DB, SQL, and data pipelines performance tuning, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes. • Build solution prototypes as needed and write algorithms against data. • Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it. • Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization. • Works closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and analysts.
