• You’ll partner with Growth Marketing to identify, qualify, and nurture high-value opportunities within targeted segments as part of our 1:few and 1:1 ABM program. • You’ll follow our established sales process, running a tight ship from discovery to closed/won - whether direct sale or RFP. • Develop an expert-level understanding of carbon removal, from the methods and projects to the credits available in our marketplace. • You’ll work with Marketing, Supply, Product, and Finance to align on positioning, messaging, portfolio strategy, product development, and pricing. • You’ll be laser-focused on your metrics—tracking every activity, monitoring pipeline health, and accurately reporting closed GMV.
Lead Climate Scientist – Sales

• Support the sales and marketing team by contributing to initiatives that promote climate thought leadership, educating potential CDR buyers. • Cultivate relationships with our CDR buyers, offering support in developing CDR portfolios and sharing market insights. • Become an in-house expert on the details of our CDR project suppliers and stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and advancements in climate science. • Get training on our commercial CDR vetting framework, which is used to ensure that CDR projects are sustainable and capable of delivering CDR credits well into the future. • You'll receive training and support from our experienced Director of Climate Science.
