POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for adherence to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) disciplines and processes through the planning, execution, and implementation of Enterprise Portfolio Tier 1 projects for new products, systems, technologies, and business processes. Effectively manages project teams to ensure that projects are completed as scheduled and within budget, while delivering the agreed upon project objectives. Leads complex initiatives where coordination of multiple project managers and project teams is necessary. Assists in the annual project planning and project budgeting process. Assists with the Enterprise Portfolio Governance Committee. REMOTE. PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN 90 MILE COMMUTE OF ST. PAUL, MN. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management. - Follows a defined, agreed upon project management methodology. - Consults with management to identify internal and external customer needs and project objectives. - Prioritizes, plans, and tracks project progress in relation to the plan. - Provides status reporting to project team, appropriate bank management, and committee members. - Reviews requirements and specifications, as well as test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with project objectives. - Coordinates with department /management teams, including: - Identifies resources needed and assembles the appropriate project team with the skills required to be successful. - Establishes and defines clear roles and responsibilities. - Creates a shared focus within the team, establishing clear objectives and outcomes, and setting realistic deadlines. - Motivates the team to work together in the most efficient manner. - Mitigates and resolves team conflicts in a fair and effective manner. - Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope. - Holds regular status meetings with the project team. - Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement change. - Displays a high level of fiscal control and accountability when managing the project budget. - Assists with the Enterprise Portfolio Governance Committee. POSITION SUMMARY The Product Owner – Digital Operations is responsible for leading the evolution of the bank’s digital channels by translating vendor capabilities, customer needs, and operational requirements into actionable enhancements. This role researches digital banking trends, prioritizes features, manages the digital roadmap, and ensures the organization is prepared for smooth delivery of new capabilities. The Product Owner acts as a primary liaison between vendors, internal teams, and customer-facing business lines to deliver exceptional digital experiences and operational readiness. Engage with vendors, in coordination with Digital Operations leadership, to understand upcoming capabilities and evaluate their relevance. While the Product Owner may lead aspects of vendor communication, strategic direction and key discussions may also be conducted by Digital Operations leadership. The Product Owner will serve as the primary Sunrise representative on recurring monthly vendor calls (e.g., Q2, Urban FT), leading discussions, driving follow-ups, and ensuring actionable outcomes, collaborating with the Director of Digital Operations and other business line leaders as appropriate.
