As we expand, we’re looking for a high-caliber AI Solutions Architect / Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives across internal systems, automation frameworks, and client-facing solutions. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we productize AI capabilities for the market. Role Overview The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design, integration, and deployment of AI-driven systems across Summit360’s internal operations and client environments. This role blends: Systems architecture Automation engineering AI tool orchestration Web app prototyping Revenue enablement You will work across internal teams (Recruitment, Operations, HR, Finance Systems) and external clients to build scalable AI-powered solutions that increase efficiency and unlock new service offerings. This is a remote contractual role with strong potential to evolve into a full-time leadership position. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Architecture & Strategy Design and oversee AI system architecture across internal and client projects Evaluate and recommend AI tools, APIs, and frameworks Develop scalable AI integration roadmaps Standardize AI implementation frameworks across the organization 2. Automation & Systems Engineering Build AI-powered automations using tools such as: OpenAI / LLM APIs Zapier / Make / n8n Airtable / HubSpot / CRM integrations Webhooks and API connections Develop lightweight internal web applications or dashboards Architect prompt systems and AI workflows that can be reused across teams 3. Internal AI Enablement Support Operations and Recruitment teams in improving productivity via AI Optimize internal workflows with automation and systemization Create documentation and SOPs for AI deployment 4. Client-Facing Solutions Translate client requirements into AI-driven system designs Prototype and deploy automations or web apps Assist in technical scoping for proposals and sales conversations Help position S360 as an AI-enabled operational partner 5. Governance & Scalability Ensure security, data handling, and compliance best practices Create scalable AI templates that can be replicated across clients Monitor performance and continuously improve AI outputs Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: Thinks in systems, not tasks Understands both technical architecture and business impact Can build, test, and deploy quickly Has strong autonomy and ownership Is comfortable operating in a startup-like, high-initiative environment Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Experience building automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations Experience building lightweight web apps (React, Next.js, Node, or similar frameworks preferred) Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design experience Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience working with CRMs and operational tools Nice to Have Experience productizing AI services Experience in agency, BPO, or operations-heavy environments Background in building AI copilots or internal AI tools Familiarity with HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp integrations Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Vercel, etc.) What Success Looks Like in 6 Months Internal AI automations significantly reduce manual workload At least 2–3 AI-enabled services productized for client offerings Repeatable AI frameworks built and documented Summit360 positioned strongly in the market as an AI-enabled operational partner Why Join Summit360 You won’t just be another engineer executing tickets. Role Description Summit 360 Solutions is expanding its footprint across the U.S. market and is seeking a Sales Manager – Growth Lead to drive business growth and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on sales leader who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that create long-term value for our clients and our business. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to deal negotiation and client handoff — while shaping our overall sales strategy in partnership with the leadership team. Key Responsibilities - Sales Strategy & Business Growth - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Summit 360’s U.S. client base. - Identify new business opportunities within key sectors, including renewable energy and professional services. - Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives. - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Lead outreach, discovery, and proposal development for potential clients. - Nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring a consultative approach to client engagement. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts. - Team & Performance Leadership - Guide and mentor junior sales associates in lead generation and client prospecting efforts. - Establish clear sales metrics, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans as needed. - Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and client touchpoints. - CRM Management & Reporting - Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot preferred) to maintain data accuracy and visibility across the sales funnel. - Track KPIs, analyze conversion metrics, and present insights and forecasts to leadership. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and revenue projections. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within staffing, outsourcing, or offshoring industries. - Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and managing long-term client relationships. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders. - Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho). - Excellent written and verbal English communication; deep understanding of U.S. business dynamics. - Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling services within renewable energy, real estate, or professional services sectors. - Background in leading distributed or international sales teams. - Strategic mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills.
