• Own and optimize the full identity lifecycle (joiner / mover / leaver) processes • Manage enterprise authentication systems, including MFA and conditional access • Define, implement, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models • Administer privileged access management (PIM), ensuring least-privilege operations • Govern and maintain service accounts and non-human identities • Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of federation and SSO integrations • Manage and enforce tenant-level security controls and configuration standards • Coordinate feature rollout management for identity-related services • Partner with Security and Legal teams to ensure identity alignment with data governance policies • Implement and improve license-assignment automation • Drive SKU optimization strategies (E3 vs. E5, workload mapping, cost efficiency) • Manage true-up / true-down cycles for licensing accuracy and financial stewardship • Develop usage analytics and reporting to inform decisions and measure effectiveness • Serve as primary liaison for Microsoft and reseller coordination • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the IAM domain

• Lead administration and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint management systems. • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating environment (SOE) images and baselines. • Research, assess, and document software product lifecycles to support proactive planning. • Engineer automation solutions to proactively detect and remediate workstation issues. • Lead application packaging and deployment efforts across modern management platforms. • Build and maintain zero-touch deployment workflows, application distribution processes, and OS update strategies. • Ensure endpoint security alignment with organizational standards and vulnerability management requirements. • Support organizational initiatives related to Security, Information Protection, and Threat Protection. • Enforce controls supporting data management, compliance policies, and secure device configurations. • Contribute to the development of team standards, best practices, and tooling strategies. • Apply metric-driven decision-making and automation to improve service quality and user experience. • Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, architecture, and operational procedures. • Provide technical leadership in cross-functional projects impacting the endpoint environment. • Partner with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure integrated, reliable solutions.

• The Manager, FCM is responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of best practices in the above consulting areas. • Partner with Sales & Operations Senior Management to identify and deliver digital capabilities that have the highest business impact across the Financial Systems Consulting function. • Work with various levels within Operations & Quality leadership to align the strategies and lead the process transformation at Sum Theory to be world class within and in support of the Client Management function. • Be the lead R2R Point of contact for BlackLine Enterprise solutions & lead the planning & delivery of Program Management capabilities and services in support of each of the functions' strategy realization. • Enhance the R2R Solutions Delivery process. • Act as an Internal Consultant for Client Management strategy development & execution. • Develop/execute/lead Practice-wide strategic initiatives, including projects to reduce supplier risk, improve service quality, reduce procurement cost, make/buy initiatives etc. • Accountable for the full Value Stream and expert at understanding how data interacts between various R2R systems.
