• Embed with current pilot participants and ensure their success • Convert pilot discussions into structured insights for the product roadmap • Own the external description of Branch Concept across various platforms • Find and onboard the next cohort of pilot users • Partner with leadership on pricing, packaging, and sales motions as we approach general availability

• Plan, direct, lead in the delivery of timber construction projects from award to completion • Achieve safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives • Define tasks and required resources • Prepare and manage project budget, schedule of values, progress billing and COs • Create schedules and coordinate Company resources to meet project deliverables • Understand project scope and contract terms to ensure full compliance • Prepare RFQ’s, evaluate bids, prepare POs and Subcontracts, set and track delivery milestones • Track and report on project deliverables • Lead quality assurance • Provide onsite construction support • Present to management reports on progress as well as problems and solutions • Manage project changes and delays to ensure that the Company is fairly compensated • Accurately estimate changes within contract requirements • Manage Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager and delegation of responsibilities, when applicable
