Role Description The Manager, Client Experience is a high-energy, hands-on operator who owns a book of business for Ingressotek. You are the primary point of contact for your clients, the leader of the onsite contractor teams who execute for them, and the operational owner of every event in your portfolio from kickoff to wrap. You set the plan, you carry the radio, and you are accountable for the outcome. This role is built for someone with the chops to manage real client relationships and the hunger to grow into a much bigger seat. We are a growth-stage division. Top performers in this role have a fast track to Senior Manager, Director, and beyond. We do not hide the ball on that. The work is the audition, and the path is clear for the people who put up the numbers and earn the trust. Expect to be on the road. Up to 75% travel, domestic and international, company paid. Weekends and event days are part of the deal. You will see your clients in person, walk their venues with them, and stand on their event floor when it matters. That is how we win, and that is how you will build a career here. What You Will Do - Own your book of business. Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Ingressotek clients. - Lead the onsite contractor teams. Train, deploy, and direct the contractor teams that staff the front line at our clients' events. - Run the planning process. Translate client objectives into operational plans. - Be the technical expert in the room. Carry a working command of the Evolv, Opengate, and Digital ID product lines. - Travel and execute. Be onsite for the events that matter, domestically and internationally. - Grow the relationship. Build trust with your clients over time. - Capture lessons and feed them forward. Document what worked, flag what did not, and feed insights back into our playbooks. - Represent Ingressotek and the Stratoscope Family of Companies. Qualifications - 3 to 6 years of experience in event operations, project management, client services, venue operations, or a comparable hands-on field. - A track record of owning something and delivering. - Real comfort being on your feet, on the road, and on a job site. - Strong communication skills, written and verbal. - Mechanical and technical aptitude. - Working proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. - A passport, the ability to obtain one quickly, and the willingness to use it. - The ability to pass a comprehensive background check and to handle sensitive client information with discretion. Bonus Points - Prior hands-on experience with weapons detection, walk-through metal detection, or X-ray screening equipment. - Event security, crowd management, or venue operations background. - Live event experience in any role, including production, hospitality, athletics, festivals, concerts, or conventions. - Multi-state or international operating experience. - Military, law enforcement, or government security background combined with private-sector commercial experience. - Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience. Role Description The Business Development Manager is a commercial owner for Stratos K9 across the United States. The role is responsible for originating new explosive detection and firearms detection canine business nationally. The successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy on territory strategy, target account selection, channel development, and commercial planning. They will work in close partnership with the CEO and COO on deal strategy, with FORD K9 training leadership on canine team capability and solution design, and with the operations team on engagement transition and account expansion. Success is measured on closed annual contract value and gross margin. What You Will Do - Originate new business and build a quarter-by-quarter territory plan. - Generate qualified pipeline through direct outreach, warm introductions, referral partnerships, industry events, and a personal presence in the markets that matter. - Maintain a continuously updated and well-qualified pipeline at three times forward-quarter coverage of bookings target. - Lead consultative sales conversations with various stakeholders. - Develop recurring detection programs for corporate campuses, professional sports venues, large places of worship, school districts, and critical infrastructure. - Author client-facing work products, including proposals, statements of work, and fee schedules. - Negotiate and close opportunities, coordinating commercial terms with the COO and outside counsel. - Build channel partnerships with event production firms, venue management companies, and security consultants. - Cross-sell the platform, identifying additional services to enhance client programs. - Represent the brand at industry events, maintaining professionalism and discretion. - Forecast accurately and report cleanly with weekly pipeline updates and disciplined CRM hygiene. Qualifications - Five or more years of business development, sales, or commercial experience in the explosive detection or firearms detection canine industry. - A documented track record of originating and closing high-value detection K9 or weapons detection engagements. - An existing network of relationships in the U.S. across relevant buyer-side decision-makers. - Working fluency in the explosive and firearms detection canine service category. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Genuine executive presence to engage with corporate security leadership and senior advisors. - A disciplined sales operating system with mastery of consultative methodology. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Willingness to travel approximately 40 to 50 percent within the territory. - Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation. Bonus Points - Prior business development or sales experience at an established explosive or firearms detection canine firm. - Established relationships in professional sports and live entertainment. - Background combining federal law enforcement, military, intelligence, or comparable government canine service. - Active engagements with industry relevant trade groups and associations. - Familiarity with the regulatory and licensing environment governing private detection canine operations. - Experience selling adjacent capabilities such as weapons detection screening systems or security consulting. Role Description The position of Vendor Experience Manager at Stratoscope Consulting is a key role for our project teams to support and become the primary lead for all third party staffing needs for each event and project. A dedicated individual is needed to take a client’s vision and translate that into a comprehensive event staffing plan to ensure successful delivery, focusing on both industry best practices and exceptional guest experience. This position requires an organized, experienced staffing professional able to guide the project team through the development of staffing schedules, contracting third party vendors, managing the delivery of those services, and reconciling budgets and invoices. Qualifications - Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starters that are capable of working independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. - Work with the Client Experience project lead to identify any and all event staffing requirements to create an exceptional guest experience for each project to fit the expected security posture and budget for the client. - Develop a Staffing Plan Budget and communicate with the extended client and project team. - Create supporting information and deliverables for vendors (e.g. Job Orders, Dot Maps, Event Briefing Decks, Uniform Requirements, Logistical and Administrative plans for project). - Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) and contracting processes for third party vendors (e.g. Contract Security Staffing Companies, Event Staffing Auditors, Law Enforcement, Explosive Detection K9, EMTs, General Event Staff/Ambassadors, Ticket Takers/Badge Scanners, etc). - Manage third party vendors onsite operationally and administratively while onsite, leveraging the internal staff to ensure the successful execution of vendors’ assigned responsibilities and expectations. - Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in Event Staffing. - Experience in contract & rate negotiations with understanding the basic tenants in agreements pertaining to Event Staffing in a given state, venue and/or environment. - Proficient in creating special event staffing plans with a focus on security and crowd management. - Experience with multiple staffing companies and venues is preferred. - Experience working in multiple states domestically (California, Florida, Georgia, New York, Nevada preferred). - Experience managing budgets and expense tracking. - Desire to work in a fast paced team environment contributing to the success of each event, regardless of size and scale.
