Role Description We're partnering with a high-growth technology company looking for a hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring during an exciting phase of growth. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You'll personally lead critical searches while shaping the recruiting function, improving processes, and partnering directly with senior leadership to influence hiring decisions across the business. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building as much as operating and want the opportunity to leave your mark on how a company hires, this role offers significant visibility and impact. What You'll Do - Own a portfolio of active requisitions, primarily focused on technical and leadership hiring. - Lead and develop a small Talent Acquisition function consisting of one full-time recruiter supported by recruiting contractors. - Build trusted partnerships with executives and hiring managers, advising on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability. - Design and improve recruiting processes that increase speed, quality, and candidate experience. - Create consistency across interview practices, hiring decisions, and recruiter operations. - Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles. - Use recruiting data to identify opportunities, forecast hiring needs, and provide meaningful updates to leadership. - Partner closely with the Chief People Officer on workforce planning and organizational growth. - Influence employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. - Continuously evaluate recruiting technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency. Qualifications - 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 2 years leading recruiting teams. - Experience recruiting across technical and corporate functions within high-growth technology companies. - A leader who is equally comfortable building recruiting strategy and personally closing key hires. - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Experience coaching recruiters and managing external recruiting partners. - Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve performance. - Comfortable working in ambiguity and building scalable processes from the ground up. - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Benefits - High visibility with direct exposure to the executive leadership team. - Report directly to the Chief People Officer and help influence company growth. - Opportunity to modernize and shape Talent Acquisition your way. - Small, agile team where your ideas can quickly become reality. - Fast-paced environment with meaningful ownership and autonomy. - A chance to build a recruiting function that scales alongside a growing technology business. - Fully remote with unlimited PTO.
Role Description We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineering Intern to join us for a 12-week, part-time engagement (30 hours/week). This is a paid, fully remote role based in the U.S. This isn’t a typical internship. You’ll work on a high-impact, greenfield project: designing and building agentic tools to automate workflows across our HR consulting and recruiting operations. Think LLM-powered assistants, task automation pipelines, and intelligent systems that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making. You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build, experiment, and ship quickly. What You’ll Do - Build intelligent systems: Design and develop agent-based tools to automate core business workflows (e.g., candidate sourcing, data enrichment, reporting, internal ops). - Prototype rapidly: Translate ambiguous problems into working ML/AI solutions using modern frameworks and APIs. - Work with LLMs: Implement prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation techniques to improve system performance. - Collaborate directly: Partner with STRATIVIS leadership to identify high-leverage use cases and iterate quickly. - Ship and refine: Continuously test, improve, and scale solutions based on real-world usage and feedback. - Operate independently: Manage your time, priorities, and deliverables in a highly autonomous environment. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with Python and common ML/AI tooling (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar). - Familiarity with LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, prompt design). - Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguous requirements. - Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production-ready solution. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. - Highly self-motivated: you take initiative, seek ownership, and don’t wait for direction. - Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced, startup-like environment. Requirements - Compensation: $30/hour - Duration: 12-week internship - Hours: 30 hours per week - Work Environment: Fully remote (U.S.-based) - Project: High-impact project ownership with direct exposure to company leadership Benefits - Work on meaningful, real-world AI applications - not side projects. - Build systems that directly impact business performance and efficiency. - Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge ML and agentic architectures. - Operate in a lean, high-trust environment where your work matters. - Be part of a team that values speed, ownership, and thoughtful execution.
