Role Description This role is responsible for managing and responding to call center inquiries, texts, and help desk tickets related to planograms (POGs) and store inventory. The position oversees the creation, execution, and maintenance of POGs while enforcing controls and assessing inventory impacts. It partners cross-functionally to support projects, ensure timelines are met, and manage updates or removals tied to new store openings, store closures, and product lifecycle changes. The role also analyzes ad-hoc reports in Tableau to generate insights and support decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills and understanding of planograms, excellent customer service skills, and is a detail-oriented, organized self-starter with strong analytical and communication abilities. Qualifications - Strong Excel skills with intermediate proficiency is required. - Planogram knowledge/experience is required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills. - Self-starter, critical thinker, organized, detail-oriented and strong time management skills. - Ability to analyze data. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Home office space is required. - Call Center or help desk experience preferred. Qualifications Minimum of two years of project management experience, preferably within a CPG import and distribution environment Bachelor's Degree and/or a certification with a focus in Project Management desired but not required Previous experience within consumer package goods, experience in convenience retailing environment is preferred Ability to generate positive relationships and foster a team environment through excellent leadership and management skills Solid planning and organizational skills, detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple projects in a pro-active, timely manner Strong communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skills as well as proven influencing and persuading skills. Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point Project Management software experience Ability to travel on occasion
