• Answer phone calls from 5PM to 10PM • Provide answers to common questions • Provide basic troubleshooting as needed

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the practicum and internship components of the Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MCMHC) program • Ensure compliance with CACREP standards, state licensure requirements, and institutional policies related to clinical education • Collaborate closely with the Program Director to develop and maintain high-quality clinical training partnerships, supervisor training, and assessment processes that support student competency and program excellence • Provide oversight and coordination for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the practicum and internship components of the MCMHC program • Serve as the designated Practicum and Internship Coordinator as required by CACREP • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that ensure compliance with CACREP, SACSCOC, and state licensure standards • Represent the clinical training component of the program at professional meetings and within external partnerships related to practicum and internship activities • Engage in regular consultation with site supervisors to monitor student performance and ensure quality supervision • Oversee the collection and analysis of clinical training data to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with accreditation standards • Participate in continuous quality improvement processes grounded in evidence-based decision-making • Recruit, train, and evaluate adjunct faculty and site supervisors involved in practicum and internship instruction.
