• Hands-on development of user-focused immersive, responsive web applications; advocating for clean code, testing, process refinements, and continuous improvements • Leverage advanced TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, Svelte, React, etc) as well as modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules, etc) • Work on all aspects of web products, including implementation of the design wireframes, animation/motion, business logic, interfaces to the backend APIs, incorporating analytics & SEO, performance and security • Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail • Optimize user interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and screen sizes • Define, validate, implement, and test your approach to building scalable and performant software. Apply coding best practices in responsive web design across the team. • Demonstrate your proven record in building large frontend applications focused on scalability, performance, and accessibility (a11y) • Collaborate with our design and product teams to identify and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive conversion • Develop, and maintain reusable web software components/libraries for internal use to maximize development efficiency • Quickly prototype proof-of-concept features and applications based on requirements. • Mentor developers through code reviews and technical leadership, and lead projects with engineering and product teams. • Act as a product evangelist with a deep curiosity about technology trends • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner within project constraints • Cultivate a collaborative working environment and a culture of technical ownership

• Be a hands-on leader and coach to engineering teams in successfully delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure features to our customers; serving as a role model for code quality, process, and improvements • Leverage advanced TypeScript implementations of React primarily in Next.js but also Astro, Remix, and Gatsby as well as modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules, etc) on modern content, commerce, or custom applications • Conduct technical audits to present software architecture recommendations in the format of a Technical Approach Document that outlines the software and hosting architecture, software bill of materials, development strategy, and technical best practices • Work on all aspects of web products, including implementation of the design wireframes, high-fidelity designs, animation/motion, business logic, interfaces to the backend APIs, incorporating analytics & SEO, performance and security • Work with the growth team in developing proposals and pitches through user research and emerging technologies to drive innovation and shape product ideas • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product, and Growth teams; to define, design and ship new features • Collaborate with project leadership to control the projects scope, ensure proper development workflow, and the project is successfully delivered on time and on budget • Understand and define client requirements, and create strategic relationships with technical stakeholders at client organizations • Work with the quality assurance department to set up the right testing activities (manual, automation, security, load/performance, accessibility, etc) • Collaborate with DevOps team to setup and deliver necessary infrastructure (environments, build systems, CI/CD, etc) for the development and productionization of the project • Develop, and maintain reusable web software components/libraries for internal use to maximize development efficiency • Build and manage a diverse and geographically dispersed team, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment • Ensure team completes assigned tasks in a timely manner within project constraints • Cultivate a collaborative working environment and a culture of technical ownership
