• Produce accurate shop drawings within designated time frames • Ensure shop drawings comply with relevant specifications • Identify potential safety or operational issues and provide solutions • Work with Engineering Team to ensure shop drawings meet structural design requirements • Actively Support the Sales team with product information • Promote and actively engage with staff to bring new product ideas to the company

• Collate and analyse quoting information for pre-owned handbags • Draft and prepare website listings for products • Input data and manage invoicing using Xero • Prepare draft emails for customer interactions • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets accurately • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
