Job Requirements

We're looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in English and Mandarin to support a boutique law firm based in California, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm practices family law, employment law, and civil rights, and roughly half of its clients are Chinese-speaking. This role exists to make sure those clients are never left without clear, accurate communication at any point in their experience with the firm. The split is approximately 30% live interpretation and translation, 70% administrative support. You do not need a legal background. You do need to be sharp, dependable, and comfortable switching between languages in real client-facing situations.
