• Effectively navigating and using cloud-based accounting tools and applications for full cycle accounting for data entry and financial management to perform the full accounting services such as Bank Reconciliations & Entries in QuickBooks and Xero to ensure the accuracy of financial data • Manage the Accounts Payable process • Manage the Accounts Receivable & Invoicing process • Assist with the preparation of Year-end Records • File T4 & T5 Income Tax Returns • Prepare & Process Payroll & Source Deductions ensuring compliance with relevant regulations • Prepare Government Slips and GST/HST Returns • Prepare Records of Employment • Communicate with CRA about Internal & Client Files • Assist clients with new company setups in QuickBooks • Support the design and implementation of enhancements to accounting and finance processes, systems, and control • Other duties as required
