• Create high-quality character, creature, gameplay, and FX animations utilizing Spine. • Build and maintain efficient animation rigs that balance visual quality with performance requirements. • Produce polished animations without relying on overly complex rigs, excessive mesh deformation, or high vertex-count meshes. • Support multiple game themes, art styles, and animation requirements across projects. • Apply optimization best practices to meet mobile and web performance requirements. • Implement feedback quickly and accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality. • Maintain organized source files and version control practices. • Review your work for accuracy, consistency, optimization, and technical compliance prior to submission. • Identify workflow improvements and proactively communicate potential production risks. • Take ownership of animation assignments and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.

• Directs management and creative processes of specific projects. • Hands on directing of detailed aspects of art and animation ensuring high quality products. • Develops concepts with Designers; understanding the game play/functionality and translating their vision into actionable art strategies for projects. • Directly manages artists and animators day-to-day operations and deadlines. • Provides detailed feedback related to art and animation. • Gathering and organization feedback and translating that to the art team. • Assists Designers in gathering assets to be presented and reviewed in Designer meetings. • Provide team building and mentoring leadership, providing feedback and training. • Manages timelines, resources, and budget allocations for art related projects; ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope. • Collaborates with other departments to ensure translation of objectives into clear creative strategies. • Works closely with multiple different global organizations. • Carries the creative process from concept to completion. • Provide outstanding organization, leadership, and communication skills. • Other duties as assigned.

• Participates in the creation and review of original game designs, new game themes and concepts for electronic gaming slot machines. • Reviews game software during development to verify game play and all game elements are of high quality. • Creates and maintains all documents and files required for game development and submission to external regulators. • Acts as the end-to-end project manager for multiple slot games, from kickoff to completion. • Maintains and reports project status and health to stakeholders. • Manages a team of individual contributors from multiple disciplines (art, animation, software engineering), keeping the team motivated and engaged through recognition, conflict resolution, and relationship building. • Schedules, facilitates, and documents team meetings to capture status of projects. • Sets priorities and assigns tasks using JIRA and other project management software. • Continually plays the team’s games while in development to ensure functionality and production value meets the game’s design requirements and expected department standards. • Collaborates with other game producers/designers to identify common issues and communicate issue status and resolutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain mathematical models for slot games, including reel strips, pay tables, bonus features, jackpots, progressive mechanics and feature triggers. • Define key game performance metrics such as return to player, hit frequency, bonus frequency and player value distribution while ensuring alignment with product goals and market requirements. • Produce detailed mathematical documentation, including probability models, game specifications, feature calculations, expected value analyses, simulation results, and regulatory submission materials. • Ensure models comply with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, adapting game mechanics as needed. • Create simulation frameworks, analytical tools, and prototype implementations to model game behavior, validate theoretical calculations, and evaluate feature performance across millions of simulated game rounds. • Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and fellow mathematicians throughout the concept and development lifecycle, actively contributing innovative ideas, shaping game mechanics, balancing features, and helping create engaging and commercially successful player experiences. • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and player preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and help drive the development of commercially successful games.
