Title: Lace Assistant - Cisco Location: Sam Wolf GC Campus United States Job Description: ANNOUNCEMENT Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for LACE (Learning Assistance Center for Excellence) assistants for the Cybersecurity, Networking, and Cisco Program. LACE assistances are hired on an as-needed basis. Your application will be placed in a pool for review as LACE Assistant assignments become available. POSITION DESCRIPTION In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, this position provides open lab practice, instructional assistance, and remediation for occupational and academic skills. This individual will provide tutorial, remediation, and supplementary instruction. QUALIFICATIONS - Meets Minimum Instructor Requirements in the discipline or program area, - Teaching experience in the discipline/program area preferred. - Displays good interpersonal skills with students both individually and in groups.
