Role Description As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a trusted commercial advisor, shaping outcomes on complex client projects. Qualifications - Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered). - Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel. - Client-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability. - Strong excel skills and experience of forecasting, Cost Value Reconciliation reporting, and financial reporting. - Experience of mentoring and supervising others in a commercial team. - Ideally, professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred. - Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies, or similar forms. - Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively on-site with project teams to deliver success.
