• Research and identify relevant websites and platforms for link placement • Secure backlinks through direct placements and outreach when necessary • Maintain structured tracking of all placements • Ensure links are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with SEO goals • Monitor relevant subreddits (accounting, e-commerce, QuickBooks, SaaS, etc.)
• Own and execute the global sales strategy, with a strong focus on the US market. • Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. • Stay hands-on with key deals, demos, and high-value opportunities. • Build, optimize, and scale sales processes and automation across the funnel. • Build and scale sales processes and automation, owning HubSpot CRM end-to-end. • Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to improve conversion, retention, and expansion. • Track and optimize core sales KPIs (pipeline, win rate, ACV, retention). • Use data and customer insights to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. • Report performance and strategic insights to leadership and the CEO.
• Build and own Synder’s knowledge base from scratch (structure, standards, maintenance) and create scalable processes to maintain the knowledge base up to date. • Create and improve customer documentation (help articles, onboarding, FAQs, troubleshooting). • Maintain internal documentation for Support, CS, Sales, and Product teams. • Manage documentation in Confluence (spaces, templates, workflows, permissions). • Turn complex product/accounting topics into clear step-by-step guides. • Partner with Product, Support, and Engineering to document changes and releases. • Ensure documentation quality and consistency (tone, clarity, formatting, accuracy). • Keep content up to date using feedback, analytics, and regular reviews.
