• Product Promotion: Increase the visibility and sales of our products in assigned stores. • Display Maintenance: Clean and organize displays, rotate stock, and label prices appropriately. • POP (Point-of-Purchase) Materials: Install and maintain promotional materials at strategic locations to increase visibility. • Sales Reporting: Complete and submit daily and weekly sales reports, and maintain detailed inventory records. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and standards at the point of sale. • Collaboration on Assigned Tasks: Assist with other job-related activities as needed.
• Responsible for the end-to-end management of the Sales Operations and Commercial Execution business unit across the United States and Canada. • Lead sell-out sales management with final customers (retailers) while ensuring best-in-class execution of brand strategy at the point of sale (POS). • Onboard and develop new brands within the portfolio. • Ensure strict adherence to the sales management and commercial execution model, driving field discipline, and standardizing execution. • Deliver profitable growth, strong brand positioning, and operational excellence, particularly within National and Hispanic markets. • Develop new clients and business opportunities in merchandising and retail execution. • Ensure compliance with operational standards and key field performance KPIs. • Lead and manage the field operations team (Team Leaders, developers, merchandisers). • Optimize routes, resources, operational costs and budget. • Implement continuous improvement processes and field-tracking technologies. • Maintain strong relationships with current clients and manage critical escalations. • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade and Sales to enhance in-store visibility and activations.

• Lead commercial relationships and business performance with major national and regional grocery retailers and distributors. • Own and manage relationships with major grocery retailers and key distributors. • Lead joint business planning, including promotional strategy, category growth initiatives, and quarterly business reviews. • Negotiate assortment, pricing, promotions, and trade terms to drive growth. • Analyze syndicated and retailer data to inform strategy, forecasting, and business performance. • Ability to travel up to 30% to customer headquarters, key markets, and industry trade shows.
