Sleeper

• Produce a high volume of AI-generated short-form video, image, and audio content for distribution across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X) • Build and maintain consistent visual identities across content series — keeping characters, settings, and aesthetics on-model across hundreds of generations • Own end-to-end production: ideation, prompting, generation, light editing, captioning, and publishing • Manage and grow social accounts as part of the role — including posting cadence, comment/DM engagement, and basic community management • Iterate quickly based on performance data — double down on what's working, kill what isn't • Track what's trending in AI-generated content broadly and bring formats and ideas to the team • Collaborate with our internal growth team on briefs, narrative angles, and distribution strategy

• Support research projects and help synthesize findings for the team. • Monitor users’ app engagement metrics using internal dashboards. • Conduct benchmarking and ongoing monitoring of competitors. • Help set up and take part in UX quality assurance reviews.

• Driving Growth and User Experience • Collaborate with product leaders to optimize our onboarding funnel to identify friction and areas for improvement • Build scalable analytics systems for continuous evaluation of user journeys and defining key metrics • Partner with engineering to implement real-time event tracking (Firebase, Amplitude etc) • Define schemas and instrumentation for user activity (account creation, sessions, device/IP data etc) • Collaborate on systems that balance user friction with platform integrity • Build analytical frameworks to surface signals that inform adaptive user flows (dynamic verification requirements etc) • Establish prevalence measurement methodologies to quantify fraudulent activities on the platform • Partner with our operations teams to triage and mitigate any ongoing threats to the platform • Classify transaction risk (payment method, account-level signals) • Apply clustering, anomaly detection etc to large scale behavioral data • Continuously evaluate implemented systems and iterate based on shifting market trends

• Managing a Sports community within the Sleeper app for your assigned teams • Create, grow, and manage an organic social media account for the community you manage in-app • Working on a team of moderators to ensure consistent coverage on a daily basis • Maintain a safe and respectful community atmosphere within the Sleeper app • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner • Posting on a daily basis and creating unique and engaging content within your respective team channel.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely access to core product and business data. • Define and develop core metrics to measure product performance, feature adoption, user engagement, and strategic initiatives. • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to deliver clear, actionable insights to product and business stakeholders. • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate new features and product changes. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using statistical analysis and visual storytelling. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and executives to drive impact through data. • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities hidden in user behavior and market dynamics.

• Support risk and liability management with respect to Sleeper’s DFS operations, conducting data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Develop predictive models and algorithms to better understand Sleeper’s real-time liability, including risk exposure related to specific markets and events. • Conduct data wrangling, processing and cleaning operations, and design processes, as well as tools for monitoring and analyzing performance and accuracy. • Monitor all pricing for real-time odds, active player statistics markets, breaking news, and other relevant information to make real-time market adjustments / suspensions, while also ensuring that data flows from external partners are being recorded timely and accurately. • Build out user risk profiles, staying close to behavior patterns and trends, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance personalization within our DFS ecosystem. • Automate risk and trading processes to scale for growth in users, sports, and markets in support of all game operations, and contribute to research and innovation for this function as a whole.
