The Role: As a Customer Success Agent, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have an excellent experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance with our platform. What You’ll Do: - Handle customer success and support operations, working closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams. - Document and automate customer operation processes where possible. - Conduct customer support: Serve as a first point of contact for customer questions via phone, email, and dashboard. - Troubleshoot account issues, guide customers through onboarding, and resolve inquiries efficiently. - Review new customer onboarding applications. - Write FAQs and internal playbooks to make our customer experience faster and easier. - Managing inbound support tickets and calls with professionalism and empathy. Role Description As an AML Compliance Analyst at Slash, you’ll play a critical role in helping us build and scale a best-in-class compliance program. You’ll work closely with Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Product teams to monitor activity, investigate risk, and ensure Slash meets its regulatory obligations as we grow. This role is ideal for someone early in their compliance career who wants hands-on exposure, real ownership, and the opportunity to grow alongside a high-impact fintech company. What You’ll Do - Review new customer onboarding applications to ensure completeness, verify required documentation, and assess AML/KYC risk prior to approval. - Conduct AML and fraud monitoring reviews, including transaction monitoring alerts and customer activity analysis. - Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews as needed. - Investigate potentially suspicious activity and assist in drafting UARs and internal escalation documentation. - Support ongoing KYC/KYB reviews and periodic customer refreshes. - Help maintain accurate records, audit trails, and compliance documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows, tooling, and compliance processes. - Stay up to date on AML regulations, guidance, and internal policies. Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in AML, compliance, fraud, or risk operations (fintech, banking, or payments preferred). - Familiarity with AML concepts such as transaction monitoring, SARs, KYC/KYB, and sanctions screening. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. - A high level of integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive information. - Must be able to work Pacific Time (PST) hours. Requirements - Nice to have (but not required): - Experience with AML tools or platforms (e.g., transaction monitoring systems, case management tools). - Exposure to fintech, neobanks, or BaaS environments. - ACAMS certification. We’re growing fast and are looking for a product-facing compliance leader to help build the regulatory infrastructure for Slash’s next phase of platform expansion. About the Role As Product Compliance Lead, you will report directly into the General Counsel and embed with Product and Engineering teams to support new financial capabilities from early concept through launch and scale. You will serve as the compliance owner for a defined product portfolio, helping Slash innovate responsibly while navigating complex regulatory, customer protection, and bank partner requirements as our platform evolves. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory interpretation, and control design, translating ambiguity into structured, scalable compliance solutions.
