Role Description Skylo is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to help fulfill Skylo’s mission of making satellite connectivity available to all. This individual will be responsible for internal and external reporting, ad hoc analyses, complex automated reconciliation processes, and data strategy implementation for scalability. The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or finance, and should have strong technical foundations in SQL, Python, Excel and BI tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design/own regular reporting for Skylo’s internal and external stakeholders - Create, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced queries to support data analysis, reporting, and operational needs - Lead and design automation efforts for repeatable processes, such as reconciliations, to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads - Design and implement data strategies that align with business goals, ensuring scalability and adaptability - Build bespoke live data dashboards, integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver real-time insights for decision-making - Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security - Present actionable insights and supporting data to Skylo executives Qualifications - Bachelors Degree: Analytics, Finance, Economics, Comp Science or other related degree path - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects - Proven experience working with large-scale datasets in relational databases and cloud-based environments - Extensive experience working in SQL, Python, Excel, at least one industry standard BI tool - 3-5+ yrs in data analysis or related field, 1 yr of leadership experience - Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and insights in large and complex datasets - Exceptional ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms - Experience in predictive modeling and analytics is a plus - Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is a plus Benefits - Competitive compensation packages including a stock option based equity program - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan - Monthly allowances for wellness and education reimbursement - A generous time off policy, holidays, and the opportunity to temporarily work abroad - Once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of developing and running world’s first commercial, live direct-to-device satellite network and service - Access to world-class team and talent across tech domains: software, hardware, chipsets, telecom, satellite and network virtualization - Open, transparent, inclusive culture that blends the Silicon Valley, Nordic and South Asia characteristics

This individual will play a key role in securing strategic alliances, penetrating new regions, and establishing the company as a leader in the evolving landscape of satellite-enabled connectivity and NB IoT solutions. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Remote. U.S How You Will Contribute - Support the identification, cultivation, and management of strategic partnerships with global carriers, satellite operators, and technology providers in the NTN and IoT space. - Assist in negotiating and managing partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners to drive joint go-to-market strategies. - Assist in the identification, qualification, and pursuit of new business opportunities in the NTN services sector. - Support the execution of the business development strategy focused on expanding the company's presence in satellite-enabled connectivity solutions. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. - Assist in the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the IoT market, focusing on satellite-enabled connectivity solutions with existing and prospective MVNO partners. - Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in the IoT space. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored IoT solutions. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the NTN, IoT, and global carrier markets. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute channel promotions and events.
