• Own & Grow National Foodservice & Alternative Channel Business • Lead the national strategy for Foodservice and Alternative Channels, identifying priority sub-channels, customers, and growth opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional foodservice operators, distributors, brokers, and key partners. • Serve as the primary owner of national account negotiations, programs, and long-term partnerships. • Bring a brand-builder mindset - balancing new business development with sustainable, profitable growth. • Identify high-priority accounts and build a targeted pipeline for each channel. • Ensure channel-appropriate formats, pricing strategies, and margin targets that support both customer needs and company profitability. • Evaluate new formats, pack sizes, and channel-specific opportunities to unlock incremental distribution and velocity. • Monitor channel performance and competitive dynamics to continuously refine strategy. • Develop and lead annual channel business plans aligned with company revenue, distribution, and profitability goals. • Set clear KPIs and track performance against goals, proactively identify risks and opportunities. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution. • Oversee trade spend and promotional strategy within Foodservice/Alt channels, ensuring efficient use of funds. • Conduct post-program analysis to evaluate ROI and inform future planning. • Balance growth initiatives with disciplined financial management. • Directly manage, mentor, and develop the Alternative Channel Sales Manager, providing clear priorities, coaching, and growth opportunities. • Establish clear roles, goals, KPIs, and expectations to support execution at both national and regional levels. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. • Collaborate with distributor and broker partners to ensure strong execution and coverage across the country. • Set clear KPIs and utilize scorecards to track performance and hold partners accountable. • Lead regular business reviews and implement action plans to address gaps or unlock opportunities. • Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts to support production planning, inventory management, and financial forecasting. • Leverage distributor reporting, customer insights, and internal tools to improve forecast accuracy over time. • Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to inform broader company strategy. • Attend customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed to support business growth. • Travel up to ~40–50% as required.
Cost Accountant

• Track and analyze costs to help identify areas for improvement, reduce costs and optimize efficiency • Monitor and track all operational costs including direct product costs to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement • Own the invoicing process with our co-manufacturers including tolling variances, raw material chargebacks and turnkey invoicing • Reporting support for freight (inbound and outbound) and logistics expenses • Own inventory reconciliation process between co-man system and NetSuite at SkinnyDipped following physical counts • Collaborate with Accounting team members and the Operations team to collect, analyze, verify and report accurate information – for example, identify trends in inventory levels • Balance sheet reconciliations • Develop cost estimates and product P&Ls for new products or projects • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Director of Sales – East

• Own & Grow Key Retail Accounts • Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributor partners. Experience with UNFI and KeHE is a strong plus. • Use data to identify opportunities and build the brand by executing effective Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and Shelving plans • Partner closely with Marketing to develop retailer-specific programs that boost visibility and consumer demand • Bring a brand-builder mentality, a mix of hunting and farming • Develop annual plans in partnership with cross-functional team members • Track performance against goals and proactively suggest course corrections to keep the business on track • Leverage analytical resources (including distributor reporting) to optimize distribution, monitor OOS conditions, and identify opportunities or areas that need course correction • Build efficient, effective promotional plans and conduct post-promo analysis to ensure trade spend is driving meaningful results • Balance growth with profitability by minimizing waste and optimizing ROI • Build, lead and mentor a direct report who handles regional accounts based in Central and East geographies • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support • Collaborate with our broker partners to optimize the business. Set clear KPIs and utilize scorecards to hold broker partners accountable • Conduct regular reviews, identify gaps, and implement follow-up actions that drive consistent execution in the field • Provide timely, data-driven forecasts that inform production, inventory, and financial planning • Use insights from sales planning / trade promotion management tools, SPINS, and retailer feedback to continuously improve forecast accuracy • Share actionable insights with senior leadership to support strategic decisions • Lead with positivity, fostering an optimistic and motivating environment to inspire team performance and client relationships • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and broker presentations • Travel up to 50%+ as needed to support customer and business needs
