• Develop and evolve VELT's web platform; • Build and maintain internal APIs and external integrations; • Participate in integrations with suppliers and partners in the travel industry; • Support the migration of low-code flows to robust, code-based architectures; • Contribute to decisions on architecture, organization, and technical standards; • Develop scalable solutions focused on automation and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain integrations between CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms, and legacy systems; • Design synchronous and asynchronous integration architectures; • Consume and develop REST APIs, webhooks, and integration services; • Implement observability, logging, and failure recovery mechanisms; • Perform deployments, infrastructure configuration, and application monitoring; • Participate in technical meetings with clients and support scope discussions.

• Produce newsletters with strategic storytelling focused on market positioning • Create copy for carousels, Stories, Reels, and social media content • Develop strategic scripts for short-form videos aimed at engagement • Write copy for landing pages, product pages, and commercial materials • Adapt language and tone of voice for different clients and segments • Plan weekly content for multiple digital profiles
