• You design, implement and optimize CRM systems that are seamlessly integrated into existing processes and ensure a clear data and KPI structure. • You work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Data teams to create the technical foundation for data-driven growth and efficient collaboration. • You design scalable CRM architectures, define data models and ensure clean, automated processes from lead capture through to reporting. • You conduct CRM audits, migration projects and training.
Content Manager, Copywriter

• As Content Manager / Copywriter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic planning, creation, and continuous development of our entire content communication. • You will ensure that our messages are clear, differentiated, and performance-oriented across the entire customer journey. • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to translate our positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer insights into compelling content. • You will combine creativity with structure, storytelling with a conversion focus, and brand building with measurable results. • Develop and implement a cross-channel content strategy (website, LinkedIn, newsletter, case studies, sales collateral, etc.) targeted to defined audiences and ICPs. • Produce persuasive copy for landing pages, campaigns, ads, email sequences, social media, and sales materials—with a clear focus on conversion, lead generation, and brand positioning. • Plan and coordinate the editorial calendar, prioritize topics, and ensure consistent tone and brand messaging across all touchpoints. • Collaborate closely with Sales to develop effective pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and messaging frameworks that actively support the sales process. • Measure relevant KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion rate, SEO performance) and continuously optimize existing content based on data and feedback. • Evolve our brand voice and sharpen our positioning in the SaaS and B2B space—differentiated, precise, and audience-relevant.
