Role Description Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from structured finance lawyers who are interested in supporting a key financial services client at Simmons & Simmons. The role is expected to begin in mid-October and run to mid-February 2027. Qualifications - 2-6 year PQE lawyer with structured finance expertise. - Experience in structured finance, securitisation, with some direct lending and banking experience. - Problem solver with a collaborative approach. - Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. - Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads. - Able to work autonomously and collaborate as part of the wider team. - Relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available). Role Description Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from junior/mid-level corporate lawyers who are interested in supporting a Healthcare & Life Sciences client at Simmons & Simmons. The role is expected to run until the end of the year on a full-time remote basis (although the client is open to accommodating a 4-day week for the ideal candidate). Qualifications - You are a qualified lawyer with 1-6 years corporate experience from an in-house role or leading private practice. - You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach. - You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment. - You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. - You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads. - You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. - You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
