Role Description We’re looking for a Learning & Curriculum Manager to lead curriculum alignment, pedagogy design, and instructional quality across our AI tutoring experiences. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of learning science, curriculum, and product, ensuring every lesson is standards-aligned, pedagogically sound, and designed to drive measurable student growth. You’ll work closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to translate strong instructional intent into adaptive, data-informed tutoring flows that scale across K–12. What You’ll Do - Lead curriculum alignment for K–12 math, ensuring lessons map cleanly to grade-level standards and skill progressions. - Design and refine pedagogical frameworks that power adaptive AI tutoring experiences. - Partner with product and AI teams to translate instructional strategies into tutoring logic, feedback loops, and learning pathways. - Review and improve instructional content for accuracy, clarity, engagement, and learning outcomes. - Build and maintain systems for skill mapping, lesson tagging, and proficiency measurement. - Lead educator pilots and classroom trials, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to inform iteration. - Establish quality assurance processes to maintain high instructional standards as content and product scale. Qualifications - 2-5 years experience in K–12 math instruction, curriculum development, or instructional design in K-12 schools or edtech companies. - Deep familiarity with standards-aligned curricula such as Illustrative Mathematics, Eureka Math, Zearn, or similar. - Manage a team of curriculum developers or designers and ensure execution and deliverables. - Strong understanding of pedagogy, learning progressions, and assessment for mastery. - Ability to bridge instructional intent with AI-driven personalization, analytics, and adaptive systems. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams. - Comfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments with high ownership. Role Description As a Founding Sales Development Representative at SigIQ.ai, you’ll drive the earliest district partnerships in the U.S. K-12 ecosystem. You’ll introduce EverTutor to superintendents, curriculum leaders, MTSS/intervention teams, and instructional leaders who are focused on accelerating learning and improving capacity. You’ll own outbound motion and qualification, collaborate closely with product and implementation on pilots, and help districts understand how EverTutor can deliver high-impact tutoring that scales. This is a strategic, consultative sales role with a clear path to Account Executive and, longer term, Head of Sales.
