Role Description Sight Machine is in search of a Senior User Experience Researcher to join our rapidly growing team. This talented individual will play a critical role in bringing delight and engagement to our products. In this role, you will work collaboratively with product, engineering, design and other stakeholders to guide the planning, execution and broadcasting of user experience research. - Lead the research process - Conduct user interviews - Map user journeys - Synthesize findings - Make strategic decisions on feature development and product enhancements - Create plans to assess the effectiveness of design projects, iterative product launches, and feature updates We are looking for a passionate, experienced researcher who is comfortable operating at a strategic level.
