Role Description We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in providing top-notch customer service to all of our members. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, consistently provides a positive attitude to help drive the culture of our growing team, and has a passion for helping people. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client requests. - Meet and present to our clients over Zoom to educate them about our products and services. - Constantly learn and expand skill sets. - Have a strong work ethic and desire to grow. Qualifications - This is a remote position - must have a laptop and a good Wi-Fi connection. - Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening and presentation skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - No previous experience needed.
